The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  6,366,282

Expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 8, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  25 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  17 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a warrant incentive program, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Dec. 13, 2024. The warrant incentive program was approved in connection with private placements accepted by the exchange on Dec. 20, 2023, May 10, 2024, and June 6, 2024.
