RENFORTH RESOURCES COMPLETES PARBEC GOLD DEPOSIT FIELD WORK AND DRILL CORE SAMPLING

Renforth Resources Inc. has updated shareholders on its wholly owned Parbec gold deposit in Quebec, neighbouring the Canadian Malartic mine held by Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd., on the prolific gold-bearing Cadillac-Larder Lake fault (the Cadillac Break) at the southern end of the Abitibi mining district.

At Parbec, since the last press release, Renforth has completed the logging and sampling of the drill core resultant from the two undercut drill holes completed in August, 2026, completed additional stripping and washing in an effort to constrain the previously press released gold-bearing surface channels CHNL-PAR-26-51 and CHNL-PAR-26-58 located within the Parbec gold deposit open-pit footprint, and completed the QP (qualified person) site visit with witness sampling for the company's continuing internal model/mineral resource estimate update. Renforth awaits assay results for CHNL-PAR-26-59, CHNL-PAR-26-60 and CHNL-PAR-26-61 and CHNL-PAR-26-62, in addition to the samples taken from drill core and in newly cut channels/extension/infill as discussed below.

Parbec gold deposit drill core sampling

As previously press released, Renforth completed the drilling of PAR-26-149 and PAR-26-150, the first drilling on the company's Parbec gold deposit since 2022, in August, 2026. Renforth has now completed the logging of the two holes and offers shareholders who might be interested the following quick log summaries. Samples have been selected, bagged and tagged and sent for photon assay. Results are currently outstanding. The quick logs summarize visual observations of the drill core made by a qualified geologist. This includes the observation, as noted below, of four fine flecks of visible gold in PAR-26-149. It is worth noting that, while this is an exciting occurrence at Parbec, it is very atypical and not correlated with or indicative of grade, due to assay methodology. Sample results will be reported once received.

PAR-26-149 quick log (as measured in core box, not true width):

  • Zero to one metre: overburden;
  • One to 74.9 m: Pontiac sediments -- frequent bands of sheared diorite, generally around 1 per cent to 2 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite, locally up to 5 per cent;
  • 74.9 to 118.3 m: sheared diorite -- occasional bands of chlorite/talc chlorite schist, trace to locally 1 per cent pyrite; felsite from 95.55 to 96.35 m with 3 per cent to 5 per cent fine disseminated pyrite plus fracture tourmaline;
  • 118.3 to 147.3 m: talc chlorite schist -- occasional bands of sheared diorite; felsite from 132.35 to 133.05 m and 143.75 to 145.3 m with 3 per cent fine to coarse disseminated and stringer pyrite;
  • 147.3 to 151.8 m: sheared diorite -- 1 per cent to 3 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite, 2 per cent fracture hematite from 149.9 to 151.8 m;
  • 151.8 to 155.7 m: felsite -- quartz-tourmaline-albite veining, 3 per cent to 5 per cent very fine to medium disseminated pyrite;
  • 155.7 to 162.9 m: sheared diorite -- rare narrow quartz-albite-tourmaline veinlets, trace to locally 2 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite;
  • 162.9 to 167.5 m: talc chlorite schist -- trace to locally 1 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite;
  • 167.5 to 186.1 m: sheared diorite -- felsite from 169.9 to 170.15 m and 181.85 to 182.4 m; 3 per cent to 5 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite in the felsites, trace to locally 1 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite otherwise;
  • 186.1 to 207 m: talc chlorite schist, occasional sheared diorite bands; felsite from 187.4 to 188.3 m and 189.65 to 190.3 m with 3 per cent to 4 per cent fine disseminated pyrite; trace to locally 2 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite (primarily in sheared diorite bands);
  • 207 to 217.2 m: QFP (quartz-feldspar porphyry) blue-grey colour, diorite groundmass, quartz-albite-tourmaline vein 207 to 208 m; 2 per cent to 3 per cent fine to coarse disseminated and fracture pyrite throughout;
  • 217.2 to 229.5 m: sheared diorite -- occasional talc schist and narrow QFP dikes, trace to locally 2 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite;
  • 229.5 to 244.7 m: talc chlorite schist -- trace fine to medium pyrite; 2 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite in QFP dike from 230.15 to 231.6 m;
  • 244.7 to 262.4 m: sheared diorite -- frequent talc schist bands; trace to locally 2 per cent disseminated pyrite;
  • 262.4 to 270.8 m: talc chlorite schist -- frequent concordant quartz-albite veinlets, trace to locally 1 per cent fine to medium pyrite; four fine flecks of visible gold at 263.4 m in quartz-albite veinlet;
  • 270.8 to 306 m: mafic volcanics -- frequent quartz and quartz-calcite stringers, trace to locally 2 per cent fine to medium pyrite;
  • End of hole.

PAR-26-150 quick log (as measured in core box, not true width):

  • Zero to four m: overburden;
  • Four to 69.3 m: Pontiac sediments -- frequent sheared diorite bands, trace to locally 2 per cent to 3 per cent fine to medium disseminated pyrite;
  • 69.3 to 204.7 m: sheared diorite -- frequent talc schist bands; felsite/QFP from 80.1 to 80.15 m, 119.6 to 120.7 m, 121.8 to 122.95 m, 131.4 to 131.6 m and 152.25 to 152.8 m; QFP from 178 to 179.35 m, 181.35 to 181.45 m; mineralization in the diorite generally trace to locally 2 per cent and 2 per cent to 5 per cent in the felsite/QFP veins; 7 per cent to 10 per cent fine to coarse pyrite cubes in the sheared diorite from 130.75 to 134.8 m;
  • 204.7 to 214.7 m: QFP -- blue-grey QFP, mineralized with 2 per cent to 3 per cent fine to coarse pyrite;
  • 214.7 to 236.2 m: talc chlorite schist -- occasional narrow bands of sheared diorite;
  • 236.2 to 306 m: mafic volcanics -- frequent quartz and quartz-calcite stringers, trace to locally 2 per cent fine to medium pyrite;
  • End of hole.

Parbec gold deposit open-pit stripping and washing update

Renforth continued the stripping and washing campaign within the open-pit footprint for the 2025 MRE for Parbec. This was necessitated by the unconstrained channel sample results previously press released July 30, 2026, as follows:

  • CHNL-PAR-26-51 highlight result from 14 to 24.2 m as measured in the cut channel (not true width) of 2.97 grams per tonne Au over 10.2 m, including gold subintervals of 5.2 g/t Au over 1.1 m and 4.13 g/t Au over 2.9 m, along with silver subintervals of 2.48 g/t Ag over two m, 1.93 g/t Ag over one m and 4.42 g/t Ag over 1.75 m;
  • CHNL-PAR-26-58 highlight result from 16.15 to 18.7 m as measured in the cut channel (not true width) of 8.02 g/t Au over 2.55 m, including a gold subinterval of 28.77 g/t Au and 3.6 g/t Ag over 0.6 m.

The results above are not new assay information. Because both channels were unconstrained, additional stripping and washing were undertaken so that the channels could be started and stopped in non-gold-bearing rock, thereby constraining the samples. Details of the additional channels are as follows:

  • CHNL-PAR-26-51 -- an extension of 3.7 m was cut in the northern end of the channel, through the porphyry/felsite and finishing in sheared diorite; in the southern end, the first two samples were duplicated in fresh rock;
  • CHNL-PAR-26-58 -- no cutting was done; CHNL-PAR-60 effectively constrains CHNL-PAR-26-58 and the additional porphyry exposed in stripping;
  • CHNL-PAR-26-60 -- two samples were cut in the middle of this channel over a 1.2-metre gap within the mineralized porphyry (assay results for CHNL-PAR-26-60 not yet received);
  • CHNL-PAR-26-62 -- a new channel was cut approximately 15 m west of Channel 51 and approximately one m from the collar of PAR-17-67.

Parbec gold deposit channel sampling overview

Samples selected in this recently completed extended channel sampling program have been submitted to the laboratory for analysis; results will be released once received.

Renforth is proceeding with an update to the company's geological model and resource statement for the Parbec gold deposit, as previously press released. Currently, it is planned that this update is internal; however, the QP visit has been completed with witness sampling to support public disclosure should Renforth choose to pursue this avenue.

This press release does not include any new assay results. Assay results from the channel sampling programs and the drill program will be released when received and reviewed by the company's qualified person. Renforth is also currently awaiting the Victoria drill program assay results.

Technical and exploration information disclosed in this press release has been reviewed and approved by Francis R. Newton, PGeo, OGQ, an independent qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Sampling and assay protocols for sampling referenced above will be press released with the applicable assay results once available.
