REEFLEX COMPLETES $1.23 MILLION GOES ORDER ON SCHEDULE AHEAD OF VANCOUVER INVESTOR CONFERENCE

Reeflex Solutions Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Coil Solutions Inc. (CSI), has completed the approximately $1.23-million order for two 80K injector packages for GOES GmbH on schedule. The packages were ready for pickup on the delivery date promised to the customer when the order was placed. Reeflex will also present at the 2026 Annual Smallcap Discoveries Conference in Vancouver on Sept. 28, 2026.

Trevor Conway, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will present on behalf of Reeflex on Monday, Sept. 28, 2026, at 2 p.m. Pacific Time. The conference takes place Sept. 28 to Sept. 29, 2026, at the JW Marriott Parq Hotel in Vancouver, B.C.

The presentation will introduce investors to Reeflex's engineering and manufacturing capabilities, from coiled tubing injectors and downhole tools to custom-designed mobile equipment. Reeflex will also meet one-on-one with investors to discuss its business and opportunities across the markets it serves.

The Annual Smallcap Discoveries Conference connects Canadian public companies with long-term investors through company presentations and one-on-one meetings. It features commercial-stage businesses across sectors including technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer products and business services.

GOES Order completed on schedule

The order, announced on May 26, 2026, and valued at approximately $1.23-million ($892,000 (U.S.)), was completed in line with the original customer schedule. The two 80K injector packages were ready for pickup on the promised delivery date, with shipment to follow. The packages are expected to be deployed in Algeria, extending the international reach of CSI's injector technology.

The order includes two complete 80K injector assemblies, hydraulic arch systems, drive chains, planetary assemblies, gripper blocks, motors, and related parts and components. It builds on a relationship with GOES dating back to 2015. Based in Wesendorf, Germany, GOES serves as CSI's distributor and strategic international partner under an exclusive distribution arrangement covering the United Kingdom, Europe and select international markets.
