Company Projects
Skylight Project
Location : The Skylight property is located 60km northwest of Tonopah Nevada. It is situated on BLM land and is surrounded by historic mines and active exploration
Target : Low Sulphidation Epithermal Gold / Silver
Geology : The property is underlain by Paleozoic sedimentary rocks that are intruded by Mesozoic intrusive rocks; Tertiary volcanic rocks cap the sequence. A series of brecciated silica units (‘silica caps’) form the top of the highest hill on the property.
Mineralisation : Gold-silver assays within the Skylight property are associated with elevated arsenic values and visible hydrothermal clay-kaolinite alteration, quartz veining and brecciated felsic rhyolite volcanic rocks, consistent with a high-level, low-sulphidation epithermal environment. Limited 2007 RC drilling completed by a previous operator returned 11 metres averaging 0.49 g/t Au and 14 metres averaging 0.1 g/t Au along the southern and northern periphery of the silica cap within the current Skylight Property 1 (Rimfire Minerals Corporation, November 2007). A 3D IP/resistivity survey was later completed during 2017 (Silver Range Resources Limited, June 2017). The historical drilling and geophysical survey results described above were obtained by a previous operator and are considered historical in nature 2 . These historical results have not been verified by the Company.
Rush Exploration : Anomalous gold and silver values have been returned from Rush rock sampling, outlining a 1.2-kilometre north-south trend, which included 0.23 g/t Au and 4.8 g/t Ag, 0.1 g/t Au and 3.8 g/t Ag, 0.19 g/t Au and 2.7 g/t Ag and 0.13 g/t Au. Rock samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property. In addition, to better define drill targets, the Company's technical team have integrated rock chip assays with short-wave infrared (VIS-SWIR) hyperspectral TerraSpec analysis and WV-3 satellite alteration imagery. 3
The Company has also completed ASTER satellite image processing with the study identifying widespread alteration anomalies (iron, clay, silica), consistent with a low-sulphidation epithermal gold-silver system, extending over approximately 1.2 km. These findings align with previous soil sampling, rock sampling, hyperspectral analysis, and have assisted in refining exploration drill targets.
Based on the Company’s analysis of gold-silver and pathfinder element anomalies from historic and recent geochemical sampling coincident with surface hyperspectral hydrothermal alteration, and subsurface chargeability geophysical anomalies, the Company interprets that the 2007 RC drilling did not adequately test the priority targets, and as such the Company considers the Skylight Property a high priority for additional drilling.
Next Exploration Steps :
Select priority drill targets for RC drill testing
Prepare notice of work for submission to BLM
Secure RC drill rig for phase 1 exploration drill program

Legal Tender Project
Location : The Legal Tender property is located 62km northwest of Tonopah, Nevada. It is situated on BLM land, 3km northeast of the Company’s Skylight Property, and is surrounded by historic mines and active exploration
Target : Low Sulphidation Epithermal Silver / Gold
Geology : The property is underlain by Triassic carbonates and greenstones, overlain by Tertiary volcanics .
Mineralisation : Gold-silver assays have been identified in faults, veins and breccias along two main North – Northeast structural trends. These trends show a combined strike of some 1.6km, and are host to multiple historic mines, that were subject to a limited rock sampling in 2016 by Silver Range Resource Ltd., including Farris Mine (grab samples including 1,875g/t Ag), Hyland Mine Trend (grab samples including 4.94g/t Au / 962g/t Ag) and Black Butte mine (grab samples including 1,130g/t Ag). These historical results have not been verified by the Company. Grab samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property 4 .
Rush Exploration : Anomalous gold and silver values have been returned from Rush sampling, outlining the mineralised trends. A 2025 rock sampling program returned a high of 2,770g/t Ag / 2.41g/t Au. Rock samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property. In addition, to better define drill targets, the Company's technical team have integrated rock chip assays with short-wave infrared (VIS-SWIR) hyperspectral TerraSpec analysis and WV-3 satellite alteration imagery 3 .
Current and historic rock sampling supports the Hyland Mine Trend target as a priority drill target within the Legal Tender property, with a combined 400-metre northwest-trending strike length, exhibiting laterally persistent vein system development exploited by numerous historic exploration pits and inclined shafts
Next Exploration Steps :
Refine priority drill targets for RC drill testing
Prepare notice of work for submission to BLM
Secure RC drill rig for phase 1 exploration drill program

Hollow North - South Project (80% Interest)
Location : The Hollow North - South property is located 15 km east of Yerington, ~100 km south of Reno, Nevada. It is situated on 109 claims on BLM land, in the Yerington Copper District, an established jurisdiction with world-class deposits. The project consists of 2 areas, Hollow North and Hollow South.
Target : IOCG Cu-Au / Porphyry Cu-Au / Epithermal Au
Geology : The property is underlain by Triassic to Jurassic volcanics and marine sediments intruded by Jurassic – Cretaceous age diorite to monzonite intrusive. This includes the intrusion of the Jurassic age mineralized Yerington Batholith.
The Yerington Batholith is interpreted to be the source of numerous large copper-gold deposits in the district including Yerington, Ann Mason, Bear, McArther and Pumpkin Hollow mine (Proven and Probable Mineral Reserves: OP 386Mst @ 0.47%Cu / 0.002oz/st Au / 0.055oz/st Ag. NI 43-101 Technical Report. Nevada Copper Corp. Effective date 21/1/2019). The Company has no interest in or rights to any of these deposits. The Qualified Person has been unable to verify the information regarding these deposits, and mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Hollow North – South property.

Mineralisation
Hollow North Target: Mineralisation is defined by shear-hosted quartz-sulphide structures within a diorite-monzonite intrusive complex. Historical rock chip values including 7.38% Cu and 6.84% Cu were reported (NV Resources Internal Memo, March 2026). These historical results have not been verified by the Company. Mineralisation is hosted in 10-50cm quartz-sulphide veins, within 1–10m wide shear zones. These shear zone rocks are altered to sericite-chlorite-pyrite and stained by limonite and malachite.
Geophysical Signature: Coincides with a magnetic high anomaly like Pumpkin
Hollow Mine, suggesting a genetic link to the mineralised Yerington Jurassic Batholith. The presence of a magnetic anomaly does not indicate that the property hosts mineralization similar to that at Pumpkin Hollow or other deposits in the district.
Exploration Implications:
All deposits in the region were “blind” discoveries discovered by drill testing of magnetic anomalies. Deposits discovered under 100-300m of cover.
Hollow South Target: A 1,400m x 800m zone of porphyry-style stockwork quartz sulfide mineralization has been identified, within a host diorite. Malachite staining occurs along fractures indicating the presence of copper mineralization.
Additional to above, in another part of the Hollow South target area, historic rock chip sampling identified 10-30cm gold-bearing quartz veins, results including 19.70g/t Au and 15.6g/t Au were reported (NV Resources Internal Memo, March 2026). These historical results have not been verified by the Company. Rock samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property.
Hydrothermal alteration, iron oxidation, and Cu-Au geochemical anomalies are indicated in historic rock and soil sample results (NV Resources Internal Memo, March 2026). These historical results have not been verified by the Company. Rock samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property.

Douglas Canyon Project
Location : The Douglas Canyon property is located 80 km northwest of Tonopah, Nevada. It is situated on 138 claims on BLM land in the Silver Star Mining District.
Target : Low Sulphidation Epithermal Au / Ag / Sb
Geology : Host rocks are mainly andesitic volcanics with several prominent chert ridges.
Mineralisation : Interpreted to be structurally controlled by regional scale NW trending shear zones and linking structures. Deflections in the shear zones as they cross the lithological contacts focus high-grade Au-Ag mineralisation.
Douglas Canyon prospect historical sampling of outcropping quartz veins returned results including; 16.20g/t Au 495g/t Ag, 14.00g/t Au 423g/t Ag, 18.00g/t Au 398g/t Ag and 15.60g/t Au 27g/t Ag (Nevada Antimony Pty Ltd Internal Memo January 2026). These historical results have not been verified by the Company. Rock samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property.
Antimony Blossom prospect shows signs of previous mine workings, with rock chip samples returning including 4.46% Sb and 62.00g/t Ag (Quade 1984. NBMG Field Examination Report). These historical results have not been verified by the Company. Rock samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property.
