RHELION LIFE SCIENCES' WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY FILAMENT HEALTH SIGNS AGREEMENT TO SUPPLY PEX010 TO LINKOPING UNIVERSITY FOR PSILOSAD TRIAL IN SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER

Rhelion Life Sciences Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary Filament Health Corp. has entered into a supply and licensing agreement with Linkoping University for the supply of PEX010 to the clinical trial known as PsiloSAD (EU CT 2026-526267-37-00).

PsiloSAD will evaluate psilocybin for social anxiety disorder. The trial is led by Prof. Markus Heilig at Linkoping University. Linkoping University is the sponsor of the trial. Filament is not the sponsor of the trial and is not responsible for its conduct.
