2026 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

At Roland Mineral Enterprises Corp.'s 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders held earlier today, Mark Patchett, Vincent Teo, John Brydle, Frank Garofalo and Dr. Sadek El-Alfy were elected as directors. Mr. Patchett is president and chief executive officer of Roland. Shareholders approved the reappointment of Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the company's auditor and reapproved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.
