FINANCING INCREASED TO $2,400,000
Roland Mineral Enterprises Corp. has
increased its private placement financing announced on June 22, 2026, to $2.4-million and has reduced the unit
price to 13.5 cents per unit and the warrant exercise price to 17.5 cents per share. All other terms of the financing
remain the same. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable warrant, with each such warrant
entitling the holder to purchase one additional share for five years. Roland Mineral Enterprises is relying on an exemption from the
related party requirements of Multilateral Instrument 61-101 for the participation by one insider of Roland Mineral Enterprises in the financing, which
participation is approved in advance by independent directors. A portion of the financing is on a flow-through
basis. Units will entitle holders to receive the tax benefits applicable to flow-through shares in accordance with
provisions of the Income Tax Act (Canada). Proceeds of the financing will be used for payment of debt,
working capital, business development, and exploration and development of its mineral properties. A
finder's fee will be paid on a portion of the financing. The financing and the finder's fee are subject to acceptance
for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
