NORTHSTAR ANNOUNCES TIMING OF STRATEGIC UPDATE WEBCAST

Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. will host a webcast on March 12, 2026, to provide a comprehensive strategic update where the company will share operational updates on the Empower Calgary facility in addition to the company's strategic priorities and development plans.

"We recognize that investors were expecting an update in February, and we thank shareholders for their patience as we take a little more time to provide a broader and more comprehensive update on the business," said Aidan Mills, chief executive officer of Northstar. "The March 12 webcast will allow us to share progress at Empower Calgary, as well as provide a broader strategic update on the company's plans moving forward.
