Further to its bulletin dated March 31, 2025, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that it has completed its review of Ravelin Properties REIT's 9.00 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (symbol RPR.DB), 5.50 per cent extendible convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (symbol RPR.DB.A), 7.50 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (symbol RPR.DB.B) and trust units (symbol RPR.UN). The TSX has determined that the REIT has met its continued listing requirements.
