RAVELIN PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM 2025 MEETING OF UNITHOLDERS

Ravelin Properties REIT has released the voting results from its annual meeting of unitholders held on May 27, 2025.

The individuals named in the attached table were elected as trustees of the REIT, to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of unitholders of the REIT, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The voting results are detailed in an attached table.

KPMG LLP was not reappointed as the auditor of the REIT for the ensuing year. The voting results are detailed in an attached table.

Final results on all matters voted upon at the AGM will be filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities and will be available on the REIT's issuer profile on SEDAR+.
