Raging Rhino Capital Corp.'s Vladimir Cernetig has resigned from the board of directors for personal reasons effective Nov. 4, 2026. Mr. Cernetig served on the board of directors since Aug. 10, 2021.

The board of directors and management team for the company sincerely thank Mr. Cernetig for his contributions and wish him continued success.
