ROGUE UPDATE: SELLS ORILLIA STONE QUARRY

Rogue Resources Inc. has sold its Orillia quarry. This transaction was part of the company's previously announced sales processes for the Ontario stone quarries.

Over 15 quarters of operations, the Orillia quarry sold 53,828 tons of stone for $4.92-million of sales for Rogue.

The property was sold for $1.85-million, netting the company $1.74-million.

Rogue, as previously disclosed, has been managing a working capital deficit since 2019 and it remains committed to continuing to address its financial situation in an orderly manner.
