Mr. James Black of the CSE reports
CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE WELCOMES LISTING OF RADIANT URANIUM CORP.
The Canadian Securities Exchange has welcomed the listing of Radiant Uranium Corp. The Vancouver-based company's common shares were listed for trading on the CSE on Aug. 6, 2026, under the symbol RUC. The company was previously known as Kirkstone Metals Corp., at which time its common shares were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Radiant Uranium is a junior exploration company focused on three early-stage uranium projects in Saskatchewan's Athabasca basin: Key Lake Road, Gorilla Lake and Douglas River. Its flagship project is Key Lake Road, which comprises more than 5,500 hectares of land and is located approximately 90 kilometres south of the Key Lake mine and mill.
"Uranium is a critical component of the global clean energy transition and will be needed to meet rising demand for nuclear power," said Stuart Schady, the CSE's vice-president, business development. "The Athabasca basin hosts the world's richest uranium deposits, and we are pleased to see junior exploration companies such as Radiant Uranium focused on making new discoveries in the region. We wish the company success with its exploration program."
"The company is excited about our move to the Canadian Securities Exchange," said Clive Massey, chief executive officer of Radiant Uranium. "Our management team is committed to exploration activity on projects currently held by the company. In addition, we look forward to working within the more pro-business environment of the CSE as we review and evaluate other potential properties for acquisition without unnecessary impediments."
