REFINED ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES CONTINUATION OF MARKETING PROGRAM

Refined Energy Corp., further to its news releases on Oct. 31, 2025, and Dec., 12, 2025, is engaging Rumble Strip Media Inc. (address: 893, 250-997 Seymour St., Vancouver, B.C., email: info@rumblestrip.ca to undertake on-line marketing services for an anticipated period of six weeks commencing on or about Jan. 5, 2026 (provided that the term of the marketing services may be extended or shortened at the discretion of management and the board of directors of the company depending on, amongst other things, the efficiency of the marketing services).

Rumble Strip will, as appropriate, create content and advertisements and undertake media planning, social media news dissemination and reporting. The promotional activity to be undertaken by Rumble Strip will occur primarily on Google.

The company will pay a fee of $200,000 (plus applicable taxes) to Rumble Strip for the services. The company will not issue any securities to Rumble Strip as compensation for the services. As of the date hereof, to the company's knowledge, Rumble Strip (including its directors and officers) does not own any securities of the company and has an arm's-length relationship with the company.
