SAPUTO INC.: 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND FISCAL 2027 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS

Saputo Inc.'s annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Aug. 7, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, in a hybrid format. The meeting will be conducted in person at Lumi Experience, 1250 Rene-Levesque Blvd. West, Suite 3610, Montreal, Que., H3B 4W8, and by live webcast.

Fiscal 2027 first quarter results

Saputo will release its fiscal 2027 first quarter results on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026. A news release will be issued after markets close and a conference call is scheduled on Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, to discuss the company's results. The speakers will be Carl Colizza, president and chief executive officer, and Maxime Therrien, chief financial officer and secretary.
