LIBERTY DEFENSE COMPLETES THIRD PARTY TESTING WITH NATIONAL SAFE SKIES ALLIANCE FOR AVIATION SECURITY

Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. recently completed operational test and evaluation of its Hexwave system at a major Category X airport in the United States.

Liberty's Hexwave product, a next-generation, walkthrough, contactless threat detection system for concealed metallic and non-metallic objects, uses artificial intelligence to provide automated decisions to security operators to process people at speed. The Hexwave is deployed and screening patrons at U.S. and International airports, courthouses, correctional facilities, national laboratories and universities.

National Safe Skies Alliance, an independent third party, non-profit organization funded by the Federal Aviation Administration, conducts thorough testing of security systems' detection capabilities, reliability and maintainability under active airport operational and environmental conditions. Safe Skies performs its evaluations under an ISO 9001:2015-approved quality management system.

Under the Airport Security System Integrated Support Testing (ASSIST) program, Safe Skies uses its expertise in airport security technologies to deliver product research services, preoperational evaluations and airport assessments which are valued resources for commercial service airports seeking objective and practical support to enhance their security operations
