LIBERTY DEFENSE ANNOUNCES PUBLIC FILING OF REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR PROPOSED U.S. INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd. has publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common shares in the United States. Liberty has applied to list its common shares on Nasdaq Capital Market. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

The Benchmark Company LLC is acting as sole bookrunning manager for the proposed offering.

The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
