STEADRIGHT ENGAGES AXIOM EXPLORATION GROUP

As of April 1, 2026, Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. has engaged Axiom Exploration Group Ltd., a global leader in integrated geoscience solutions, to support the rapid advancement of its diversified portfolio of high-potential critical mineral projects in Morocco.

Axiom Group will work closely with Steadright's technical advisers and in-country team to provide tailored expertise across exploration program design and management, advanced geophysical surveys (airborne and ground), multispectral satellite analysis, geological field services, data integration, predictive analytics, and technical reporting. These services will deliver high-resolution data sets, refined target generation, structural interpretation and derisked decision making to fast-track Steadright's path toward resource development.

Steadright's portfolio includes several strategic assets with strong near-term potential:

• The fully permitted historic Goundafa polymetallic mine (copper-lead-zinc-silver-gold) in Morocco, offering immediate opportunities for stockpile processing and cash flow;
• The Copper Valley copper-lead-silver project in a proven mining district;
• The TitanBeach titanium heavy mineral sands project along Morocco's Atlantic coast;
• Additional Moroccan assets through the licensed SilverLine Mining Sarl letter of intent (and the RAM nickel-copper-cobalt-platinum-group-element project in Quebec's Cote-Nord region, Canada).
