Senvest Capital Inc. has released the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 19, 2026.

Election of directors

The six director nominees shown in the attached table, proposed by management, were elected at the meeting.

Appointment of auditor

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the corporation's auditor.
