ELEVATE SERVICE GROUP AND TFI SUPPORT KFC CANADA'S KWENCH ROLLOUT WITH INTEGRATED EQUIPMENT AND SITE SERVICES

Elevate Service Group Inc. is supporting the national rollout of Kwench by KFC across more than 200 restaurant locations in Canada, delivering equipment and site readiness work under one co-ordinated program. The program demonstrates Elevate's strategy of combining specialized equipment, technical service and facility capabilities to deliver integrated solutions, expand customer relationships and broaden the scope of services provided to multilocation customers.

Kwench by KFC is a beverage platform being introduced to KFC restaurants across Canada. TFI Food Equipment Solutions, Elevate's subsidiary, is leading the sale, delivery, installation and commissioning of Taylor soft serve equipment, Flavor Burst syrup integration, Marco Beverage Systems equipment and QualServe stainless steel benches, providing a fully integrated beverage station. The rollout work began in late second quarter 2026 and is expected to continue into first quarter 2027.

Adding a new beverage platform to a restaurant requires new or modified plumbing, upgraded electrical capacity, millwork and counter modifications, and other work to prepare the site to receive, install and commission the equipment. Traditionally, restaurant operators would separately co-ordinate equipment suppliers, plumbers, electricians, contractors and installers. For a multilocation rollout, this creates scheduling, procurement and project management complexity. Elevate and TFI consolidate those activities under one co-ordinated scope of work and point of accountability.

One scope, one accountability

TFI and Elevate developed an integrated solution encompassing site assessment and readiness, equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and postlaunch support. A single project team co-ordinates each location, helping reduce vendor complexity, standardize execution and provide clear accountability across the rollout.
