HOMELAND NICKEL PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

At the request of Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization, Homeland Nickel Inc. has confirmed that the company's management is unaware of any material change in the company's operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity.

Homeland Nickel is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company focused on critical metal resources with nine nickel projects in Oregon, United States, and copper and gold projects in Newfoundland, Canada. The company holds a significant portfolio of mining securities, including 442,000 shares of Canada Nickel Company Inc., 9.96 million shares of Noble Mineral Exploration Inc., 11,447,000 shares of Benton Resources Inc., 81,150 shares of Vinland Lithium Inc. and 2,761,000 shares of Magna Terra Minerals Inc.
