SEKUR PRIVATE DATA SIGNS DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH ELYON INTERNATIONAL, MARKING STRATEGIC SHIFT TO DEFENSE, GOVERNMENT AND ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATIONS
