SENNEN POTASH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF WILSON SU TO THE BOARD

VANCOUVER, B.C., May 13, 2026 Sennen Potash Corporation (NEX: SN) (the "Company" or "Sennen") announces the appointment of Wilson Su to the board of directors, following the resignation of Jia Qian a as director.

Mr. Su has over a decade of investing experience, ranging from public markets to private real estate transactions. Mr. Su has extensive operational experience in real estate and publicly traded companies in cannabis, technology and mining sectors where he has successfully developed and facilitated emerging growth companies.

The Company thanks Mr. Qian for their efforts and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
