SENNEN POTASH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MCCORD TO THE BOARD

Sennen Potash Corp. has appointed Cassidy McCord to the board of directors, following the resignation of Usama Chaudhry as a director and chief financial officer. Director and chief executive officer Ryan Torres will act as interim CFO replacing Mr. Chaudhry.

Ms. McCord is a business executive with experience spanning health care, medicinal cannabis, operations, marketing and corporate development. Since launching her consulting practice in 2018, she has worked with more than 50 organizations, from early-stage start-ups to publicly traded companies with valuations exceeding $100-million.
