SENNEN POTASH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MCCORD TO THE BOARD

VANCOUVER, B.C., September 1, 2026 - Sennen Potash Corporation (NEX: SN.H) (the "Company" or "Sennen") announces the appointment of Cassidy McCord to the board of directors, following the resignation of Usama Chaudhry a as director and CFO. Mr. Torres will act as interim CFO replacing Chaudhry.

Ms. McCord is a business executive with experience spanning health care, medicinal cannabis, operations, marketing and corporate development. Since launching her consulting practice in 2018, she has worked with more than 50 organizations, from early stage start-ups to publicly traded companies with valuations exceeding $100-million.

The Company thanks Mr. Chaudhry for their efforts and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
