SONICSTRATEGY ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTOR CHANGE

Sonicstrategy Inc. has made changes to its board of directors.

Effective Jan. 7, 2026, the company has appointed Dustin Zinger, Ivan Riabov and Alex Heath to its board of directors. The new directors bring experience across digital infrastructure, capital markets and blockchain ecosystem development, supporting the company's next phase of growth.

Mark Binns has resigned from the company's board of directors, effective immediately. The company thanks Mr. Binns for his contributions and dedicated service to the company.

In addition, effective Dec. 16, 2025, the company cancelled an aggregate of two million stock options previously issued to a number of advisers.
