SLATE OFFICE REIT ANNOUNCES DISPOSITION OF TWO OFFICE PROPERTIES IN WINNIPEG, MANITOBA FOR $25.2 MILLION

Slate Office REIT is selling two properties in Winnipeg, Man., for a total of $25.2-million. The sale of the first property, located at 114 Garry St., was completed on Oct. 17, 2024, for proceeds of $14.3-million, or $192 per square foot. The sale of the second property, located at 365 Hargrave St., is scheduled to close in November, 2024, for proceeds of $10.9-million, or $154 per square foot. Proceeds from the sales will be used to reduce the real estate investment trust indebtedness.
