SUPERIOR PLUS ANNOUNCES TIMING OF 2026 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

A conference call and webcast to discuss the 2026 first quarter financial results will be held at 8:30 a.m. EDT on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Register on-line as a participant. Superior Plus 2026 annual meeting of shareholders

Superior will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 4 p.m. EDT. The AGM will be held as a virtual-only meeting, which will be conducted via live video webcast. Participants are encouraged to register for the virtual webcast at least 10 minutes before the AGM start time.
