SILVER PREDATOR CORP. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Silver Predator Corp. has granted a total of 2.25 million stock options to directors and officers of the company, exercisable at a price of 14
cents per share for a period of three years from the date of grant. The stock options have been granted in accordance with the
company's stock option plan.

Silver Predator is a mining exploration company with properties in the western United States. The company owns the
Copper King project, located in the eastern portion of the famous Coeur d' Alene silver district near Mullan, Idaho, and the
