Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on June 9, 2026, the company has changed its name from Stria Lithium Inc. to Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, the common shares of Arc Mineral Royalties will commence trading on the exchange under the symbol ARO and the common shares of Stria Lithium will be delisted.

Capitalization:  unlimited shares with no par value, of which 65,647,427 shares are issued and outstanding

Escrow:  7,073,615 common shares, 780,000 options, 4,357,339 restricted share units (RSUs) and 212,383 warrants subject to escrow, of which 1,551,935 common shares, 195,000 options, 435,733 RSUs and 21,238 warrants are released at the date of this bulletin
