SMARTCENTRES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST TO RELEASE 2025 FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END RESULTS AND HOST CONFERENCE CALL

SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust will release its financial results for the three months and year ended Dec. 31, 2025, after the market closes on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026.

Management will hold a conference call on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, at 3 p.m. ET.
