Steven Cochrane has tendered his resignation as a director of Stuve Gold Corp. effective Sept. 29, 2026.

The board of directors of Stuve Gold would like to express their sincere appreciation to Mr. Cochrane for his contributions to the corporation. As Mr. Cochrane's decision was guided by retirement ambitions, the corporation extends warm wishes to Mr. Cochrane as he embarks on this new chapter.
