Reference is made to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated Dec. 16, 2025, Dec. 22, 2025, and Dec. 24, 2025, with respect to the reorganization of Starlight U.S. Residential Fund and the listing of the limited partnership units of Starlight U.S. Residential Fund (Multi-Family) Investment LP (SURF.UN) in substitution for the Class A and Class U units (SURF.A and SURF.U, respectively) of the fund.

The TSX-V has received confirmation that the closing of the reorganization has occurred. Therefore, SURF.UN, which was listed at the close of business on Dec. 23, 2025, commenced trading at the opening of business on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025.
