ORIGINAL: Synergy Metals Commences Contractor Search for Phase 1 Program at Dale, Retains ClickCatalyst

2026-09-03 17:31 ET - News Release

(via TheNewswire)

Synergy Metals Corp.

Vancouver, British Columbia — September 3, 2026 — TheNewswire - Synergy Metals Corp. (“ Synergy ” or the “ Company ”) (CSE: SYN) is pleased to announce that it has commenced the solicitation of contractors and field service providers to execute the Phase 1 exploration program recommended for its flagship Dale Property (the “ Property ”) in Dale Township, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario. The Company has also retained ClickCatalyst Inc. to provide market awareness services.

The Phase 1 program is the first exploration work Synergy will undertake as a standalone public company, and marks the beginning of a systematic, modern exploration approach to a property that has returned gold in bedrock at surface but has never been drilled.

Phase 1 Work Program

The Phase 1 program follows the recommendations of the independent technical report titled “Technical Report on the Dale Property, Dale Township, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario, Canada” with an effective date of April 13, 2026, prepared for the Company by SGS Geological Services (the “ Technical Report ”). The Technical Report recommends a two-phase program, with Phase 1 budgeted at approximately $157,493, including a 15% contingency, and estimated to run approximately six weeks in the field.

Synergy is now seeking qualified contractors and suppliers across the following scopes of work:

  • Data compilation — senior and project geologists to compile historical exploration data across the Property, with particular attention to regional-scale government geochemical surveys, including the Ontario Geological Survey gold-grain-in-till program

  • B-horizon soil geochemistry — a large-scale soil sampling program of approximately 1,000 samples, focused over areas of anomalous gold grains in till, gold in bedrock, and historical induced polarization (“IP”) chargeability anomalies

  • LiDAR survey — high-resolution topographic and structural survey coverage of the Property

  • Trenching and channel sampling — excavator services including mobilization and demobilization, together with rock saw and Wajax equipment, to expose and channel sample targets generated by the soil survey and to test IP chargeability highs

  • Analytical services — laboratory capacity for approximately 1,000 soil samples and 100 rock samples

  • Field support — geotechnicians, camp accommodation and catering, truck and ATV rentals, and field supplies

Contractors, consultants and suppliers interested in being considered are invited to contact the Company at CEO@synergymetalscorp.com .

Soil sampling results will be analyzed to identify broader gold trends and to define potential gold-bearing structures and veins for follow-up trenching. Phase 2, which is contingent on Phase 1 results, contemplates 1,500 metres of diamond drilling to test structures outlined by Phase 1.

Why Dale, and Why Now

The Dale Property is an early-stage exploration property with no drilling completed to date. Prior work has nonetheless produced a series of encouraging results that Phase 1 is designed to systematically follow up:

  • A grab sample collected in 2020 returned 3.82 g/t gold, the highest-grade sample collected on the Property to date, from a northeast-trending shear

  • Follow-up sampling of that structure over an approximate 10-metre strike length returned 1.57 g/t, 0.647 g/t and 0.061 g/t gold

  • A 2021 trenching program returned a high of 2.6 g/t gold from Trench 3, at the same location as the 3.82 g/t sample

  • A test grid of 49 B-horizon soil samples surrounding Trench 5 returned a high of 54 ppb gold, with 8 of the 49 samples anomalous at greater than 10 ppb gold, indicating that soil sampling is an effective exploration tool on the Property

  • A regional Ontario Geological Survey gold-grain-in-till program identified a sample within the Property boundary returning 42 gold grains

  • Three historical IP surveys, reconnaissance in scale, recorded areas of elevated chargeability not explained by mapped surface geology

  • A drone magnetic survey outlined several prospective northeast-trending structures

The Property lies within the Swayze greenstone belt, the southwestern extension of the Abitibi greenstone belt, and hosts favourable volcanic rocks together with the roughly 2,500-metre-diameter granodioritic Dale Stock. The granodiorite–volcanic contact, where competency contrast is greatest and where cross-cutting structures intersect it, is considered a high-priority target area.

“This is the moment a plan becomes a program,” said Michael Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Metals Corp. “Dale has been telling us something for years — gold at surface, gold in till, chargeability that surface geology alone doesn’t explain, and structures that keep pointing in the same direction. What it has never had is a systematic, properly funded, modern exploration program to pull those signals together into drill targets. That is exactly what Phase 1 is built to do, and putting contracts out to tender is how we turn a recommended program into boots on the ground. We are moving with urgency and with discipline, and I could not be more energized about what this team is about to go find.”

Mineralization occurring on properties in the surrounding region is not necessarily indicative of mineralization that may occur on the Dale Property.

Completion of the Phase 1 program is subject to, among other things, the availability of financing, contractor availability, permitting, weather and seasonal access, and may be altered in the normal course of the Company’s business or as a result of the exploration activities themselves.
