The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  5,506,072

Original expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 19, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 19, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  14 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 26,726,430 shares with 13,363,215 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Sept. 18, 2025.
