Pursuant to a resolution passed by its shareholders at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 29, 2026, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-20-old basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.

Effective at the opening on July 14, 2026, the common shares of Three Crowns Critical Metals Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis and the common shares of Gungnir Resources Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.
