THREE CROWNS CRITICAL METALS ANNOUNCES TRANSITION TO SEMI-ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTING

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 24, 2026 - Three Crowns Critical Metals Inc. (TSXV: TCCM; OTCPK: TCCMF) (the "Company") has elected to voluntarily adopt semi-annual financial reporting in reliance on the exemptions provided under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 - Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers (the "Blanket Order").

Introduced by the Canadian Securities Administrators, the pilot project under the Blanket Order allows eligible venture issuers to transition from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting. By adopting semi-annual reporting, the Company intends to reduce the administrative and financial burdens associated with quarterly reporting, allowing management to allocate additional time and resources toward advancing the Company's core business objectives.

Pursuant to the exemptions in the Blanket Order and so long as the Company continues to satisfy the requirements under the Blanket Order, the Company will not file interim financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for its first and third financial quarters. The Company will not file interim financial statements and MD&A for the three-month and nine-month period ending September 30, 2026, being the initial interim period for which the Company does not intend to file an interim financial report and related MD&A in reliance on the Blanket Order.

The Company's next scheduled financial statements and related MD&A will be for its financial year ending December 31, 2026.

The Company intends to continue reporting on a semi-annual basis, subject to the continued availability of the Blanket Order and the Company remaining eligible thereunder. The Company will continue to file its audited annual financial statements and related MD&A (due within 120 days of December 31), as well as its six-month interim financial statements and related MD&A (due within 60 days of June 30), in accordance with applicable securities laws. The Company remains subject to, and will continue to comply with, all timely continuous disclosure obligations, including the required reporting of material changes, as required under National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company confirms that it meets the eligibility criteria under the Blanket Order, as it is a venture issuer with its securities listed on a recognized exchange, has annual revenues of less than $10 million, has a disclosure record of more than 12 months and has filed all required periodic and timely continuous disclosure documents.

This news release is being filed pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 - Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers.

On behalf of the Board
