TARGA ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM
Targa Exploration Corp. has released the voting results from its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sept. 17, 2026, at its head office in Vancouver, B.C. All motions presented to shareholders were approved.
Shareholders at the meeting approved the following:

To set the number of directors of the company at six persons;
- Re-election of the following directors of the company: James Paterson, Cameron Tymstra, Bryce Roxburgh, Andrew Rockandel, Mahesh Liyanage and Karlene Collier;
- Appointment of De Visser Gray LLP chartered professional accountants as the company's auditor for the ensuing year and to authorize the directors to set the remuneration to be paid to the auditor;
- Ratification and confirmation of the company's stock option plan.
Subsequent to the AGM, the board of directors reappointed the following officers of the company for the ensuing year.
The company would like to thank all those shareholders that voted for their continuous confidence in the board of directors.
