Effective at the close of business on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, and in accordance with exchange Policy 2.9, the securities of the company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange, for failure to pay annual sustaining fees. Prior to delisting, the shares of the company were subject to suspension from trading.
