TERRENO ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

George A. Brown has, for personal health reasons, resigned from Terreno Resources Corp.'s board of directors, effective today.

"On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank George for his contribution to Terreno," said Richard Williams, president and chief executive officer.

The company currently has two directors and has initiated the process to identify a successor.
