CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC., TOPICUS.COM INC. AND LUMINE GROUP INC. ANNOUNCE ANNUAL MEETINGS

The Topicus.com Inc. annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 8 a.m. ET, using a hybrid meeting format with proceedings conducted by live webcast and in person. The Lumine Group Inc. annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 8:15 a.m. ET, using a hybrid meeting format with proceedings conducted by live webcast and in person. The Constellation Software Inc. annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. ET, using a hybrid meeting format with proceedings conducted by live webcast and in person.

The Topicus meeting, Lumine meeting and Constellation meeting will take place in person at Delta Hotels Toronto, 75 Lower Simcoe St., Toronto, Ont., M5J 3A6. Individuals who plan to attend any of the meetings in person are requested to register in advance by May 8, 2026, on-line. This registration is to assist in tracking the number of in-person meeting attendees and is in addition to, and not a substitute for, the appointment of a proxyholder.

To view or participate in any virtual meeting, shareholders will need access to an Internet-connected device for the full duration of the meeting.

Detailed instructions for shareholders about how to participate in each meeting in person or virtually and how to duly appoint a proxyholder, as well as a copy of the hybrid meeting user guide, will be provided on the respective Constellation, Topicus and Lumine Group websites.

Similar to the Constellation annual shareholder meetings held in prior years, members of the Constellation, Topicus and Lumine Group senior management team will be participating in a joint question-and-answer period. The question-and-answer period will commence at 9 a.m. ET, following the formal portion of the Constellation shareholder meeting. Constellation, Lumine Group and Topicus shareholders can join this question-and-answer period in person at Delta Hotels Toronto, 75 Lower Simcoe St., Toronto, Ont., M5J 3A6 or virtually.

While the companies will answer some questions posed during the virtual question-and-answer period, shareholders will also have the opportunity to pose questions in advance.

Shareholders of Constellation, Topicus and Lumine Group wishing to pose a question in advance can do so.

Questions will be organized thematically, consolidated and then posed at the virtual meeting to the respective management teams.

If any of the meetings run longer than anticipated, the subsequent meetings or joint question-and-answer period may begin after the scheduled start time. The companies encourage shareholders to join the meetings in advance of the scheduled start time and, for those joining the virtual meetings, to remain logged in until the live webcast begins.
