The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a share exchange agreement dated Sept. 10, 2024, between an arm's-length parties and Troubadour Resources Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of GreenFlame Metals Inc., which owns a 100-per-cent interest in and to 76 mineral licences covering 4,161 hectares that are contiguous to the issuer's Senneville project, located in the eastern part of the Abitibi greenstone belt, approximately 25 kilometres northeast of the gold mining centre of Val d'Or, Que.

As consideration, the company shall issue a total of 10 million common shares upon closing of the acquisition.
