APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Touchstone Exploration Inc. has appointed Bhupendra (Bhulo) Shantilal Kansagra to the company's board of directors as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

The appointment follows the company's completion of the private placement with Purebond Ltd. previously announced on Oct. 24, 2025. Pursuant to an investor rights agreement, Purebond has exercised its right to nominate a director to the Board. Mr. Kansagra, a director of Purebond, is a United Kingdom-based executive with extensive experience in the resource sector and international capital markets.

The company has been informed that, as of Oct. 30, 2025, Purebond holds 50 million shares in the company, representing 15.4 per cent of voting rights. Purebond is a United Kingdom-registered entity controlled and managed by, and for the benefit of, the Kansagra family pursuant to a discretionary trust. Mr. Kansagra therefore has a partial indirect economic interest in Purebond.

Further information on the appointment

The following details in relation to the appointment of Mr. Kansagra is disclosed in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM (Alternative Investment Market) rules.

Mr. Kansagra (69 years old) has held the following directorships and/or partnerships in the past five years.

Mr. Kansagra was a director of Nandan Cleantech PLC when administrators were appointed on Dec. 30, 2014. Nandan was subsequently dissolved following liquidation on March 21, 2016, with no shortfall to creditors.

Mr. Kansagra was a director of Chessum Plants Ltd. within 12 months of administrators being appointed on April 25, 2018. Chessum was subsequently dissolved following liquidation on Dec. 16, 2023, with no shortfall to secured creditors but a shortfall to unsecured creditors.

There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Mr. Kansagra's appointment pursuant to AIM Rule 17 or Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i) to (viii) of the AIM rules for companies.
