URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP INC. AWARDED ADDITIONAL CONTRACT OF 36 NEW CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN VAUGHAN, ONTARIO

Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. will commence work on an additional residential development consisting of 36 new custom housing units in Vaughan, Ont.

The newly awarded contract reflects the continued relationship between Urban Infrastructure and one of its established builder customers, as well as the continuing project opportunities generated through Urban Infrastructure's existing customer base. Construction is scheduled to commence in October, 2026, and is expected to be completed within approximately six months.

Gary Alves, chief executive officer of Urban Infrastructure, commented: "We are pleased to continue building on our relationship with this long-standing builder customer and to be entrusted with another residential development.
