USCM ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF TERRY CHRISTOPHER TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

U.S. Critical Metals Corp. has appointed Terry Christopher to the company's board of directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Christopher has more than 30 years of mineral exploration experience across North and South America. He currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Zonte Metals Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange-listed exploration company, and has held senior and field-based technical positions with a number of public mining companies. He has also served as a director of several listed mineral exploration companies. Mr. Christopher holds a PhD in geochemistry/geology.
