INTEGRATED QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES ESTABLISHES U.S. SUBSIDIARY TO SUPPORT U.S. GOVERNMENT AND COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES

Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. has established Integrated Quantum USA LLC, a wholly owned United States subsidiary incorporated in the state of Delaware.

Integrated Quantum USA LLC provides Integrated Quantum with a U.S. legal entity to support contracting and commercial activities in the United States, including potential engagements with U.S. government agencies and commercial enterprises.

The establishment of the U.S. subsidiary supports Integrated Quantum's broader commercialization strategy for VEIL and other technologies within the company's enterprise AI (artificial intelligence) infrastructure portfolio, while complementing its existing Canadian operations.
