AVILA ENERGY CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SENIOR SECURED DEBT RESTRUCTURING

Avila Energy Corp.'s secured creditor has advised the company that the third party company (the purchaser) which entered into an agreement with the current secured creditor to acquire its debenture has not concluded the requirements of the agreement. Accordingly, there is no standstill agreement in effect.
