Donald Benson, President of Avila Energy Corporation, the "Company" announces the secured creditor has advised the Company that the third party company (the Purchaser) which entered into an agreement with the current secured creditor to acquire their debenture has not concluded the requirements of the agreement. Accordingly there is no Standstill agreement in effect.
