Effective at the close of business on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, the common shares of Vision Marine Technologies Inc. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The delisting of the company's common shares is completed at the request of the company. The company's common shares trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol VMAR.
