and Process to Resume Trading
PHILADELPHIA, PA, October 2, 2026 VSBLTY Groupe Technologies Corp. (CSE: VSBY) (OTC: VSBGF)
(Frankfurt: 5VS) ("VSBLTY" or the "Company"), a leading software provider of AI-driven security and
analytics technology, today announced that the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC") has
issued an order (Citation: 2026 BCSECCOM 327) revoking the failure-to-file cease trade order ("FFCTO")

which trading was halted.
"We are pleased to announce that the cease trade order has been revoked and that we expect trading of
our shares to resume shortly," said Jay Hutton, Co-founder and CEO of VSBLTY. "We thank our
shareholders for their continued patience and support. With our disclosure obligations now current, we
remain focused on executing our strategic initiatives and advancing the significant commercial

weeks."
The Company will continue to provide updates to shareholders as it advances its commercial initiatives
